Du verbindest Operational Excellence, strategische Portfoliosteuerung und verleihst unserem kulturellen Wandel Flügel! Aufgaben Du nimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung der LTAA ein. Dabei setzt du Prioritäten und sicherst Umsetzungserfolge. Gemeinsam mit Team und Führungskräften steigert ihr nachhaltig Performance, Zusammenarbeit und Effizienz. Du entwickelst Operational Excellence bei LTAA systematisch weiter und steigerst messbar die Leistungsfähigkeit der Organisation Du steuerst das unternehmensweite Projektportfolio und stellst sicher, dass strategische Initiativen klar priorisiert, effizient umgesetzt und nachhaltig verankert werden Du etablierst und skalierst Lean- und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsansätze & unterstützt die operativen Bereiche bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, Qualität & Termintreue Du schaffst Transparenz über die operative Performance durch wirkungsvolle KPI- und Steuerungssysteme Du berätst & befähigst Führungskräfte in den Bereichen Veränderungsmanagement, Zusammenarbeit & kontinuierliche Verbesserung Du führst das Operational Excellence Team & treibst bereichsübergreifende Transformationsinitiativen voran Voraussetzungen Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im technischen, wirtschaftlichen oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufbau & der Weiterentwicklung von Operational Excellence Erfahrung in der Führung eines schlagkräftigen Teams Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projektportfolios & Transformationsinitiativen Erfahrung im industriellen oder luftfahrttechnischen Umfeld Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden & im Performance-Management Deine Kommunikations- & Moderationsstärke ist ausgeprägt sowie Erfahrung im Change-Management Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise & hohe Umsetzungsstärke Du verbindest strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke Du kommunizierst klar, überzeugend & auf Augenhöhe auf allen Ebenen auch in Englisch Du gestaltest Veränderung aktiv & gewinnst Menschen für neue Wege Du arbeitest strukturiert, bleibst auch in komplexen Situationen entscheidungsfähig & treibst Themen konsequent voran Du nimmst erfolgreich an einem psychologischen Eignungsverfahren teil Über Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey GmbH Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey – 100%-Tochter der Lufthansa Technik AG – mit einer auf das globale Business ausgerichteten Struktur, ist ein zukunftorientiertes Unternehmen der Luftfahrtindustrie.
