Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for end users in a large enterprise environment.
• Unpack, install, configure, and test desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Support a world-class aerospace environment

• Perform hardware refreshes, deployments, and break/fix support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and networking issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Conduct remote and onsite troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Guide users through technical solutions using clear, step-by-step instructions.
• Customize desktop applications and configurations to meet business needs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Follow up with users to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove support experience for end users.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting:
• Windows operating systems
• Desktop and laptop hardware
• Printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Software applications
• Experience performing hardware deployments, refreshes, IMACs, and break/fix activities.
• Experience working directly with end users in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.

• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Citrix virtual desktop environments.

• Understanding of enterprise IT environments and support protocols.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear technical guidance.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Citrix experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Microsoft Intune experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of network security practices, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.

• Due to the nature of the client environment, only U.S. Citizens can be considered.
• Must be able to work onsite in Savannah, GA.
