Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to advise clients on insurance options to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leverage company marketing resources and personal networking to generate business.
- Make Outbound Calls and Field Inbound calls to/from prospective customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License required.
- 2 Years experience in the Florida Property & Casualty insurance market (Personal and/or Commercial Lines)
- Proven sales experience with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM and other business software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
