Adecco is hiring for Production Associates – Kennebunk, ME
Adecco is assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer in Kennebunk, ME, hiring Production Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities . These positions offer competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.
Schedules & Pay:
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- $18.00+/hour
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- $19.50+/hour
3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
- $20.00+/hour
What You'll Do
- Perform manufacturing and production processes while meeting quality standards
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Clean, prepare, and stage products for processing
- Perform visual inspections and verify product quality
- Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Complete accurate production documentation and data entry
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
