Senior Procurement Specialist / Strategic Sourcing SpecialistIntegrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist / Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement initiatives for a leading organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to support business operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in supply chain, contract negotiation, and category management, particularly within utilities, manufacturing, or construction environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead sourcing and procurement activities for complex, high-value goods and servicesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goalsAnalyze market trends, supplier performance, and spend data to support decision-makingLead negotiations and draft contracts, including pricing, terms, and risk mitigation strategiesPartner with cross-functional teams to support sourcing events and operational initiativesManage supplier relationships, performance, and contract complianceCoordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and services, including logistics and storageSupport category management strategies and continuous improvement effortsIdentify and mitigate risks while maximizing contract valueQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experienceProcurement Analyst: 3+ years of procurement or customer service experienceProcurement Consultant: 5+ years of experience, including cross-functional team collaborationSenior Procurement Specialist: 7+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chainPreferred Experience: Utilities, manufacturing, or construction industry background Experience with category management and strategic sourcingKey Skills:Strong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with suppliers and cross-functional teamsWhy Join ITS?Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in engineering, technical, and professional roles.
