Marketing Lead

The role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Lead to guide our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. This role is based in NYC, with 3 days per week in office. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital transformation services and a track record of building successful marketing strategies within IT services or technology. You will need to be a strategic thinker who can turn complex technical solutions into narratives that resonate across diverse audiences. What you’ll do Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify growth opportunities Plan and execute events and industry engagements to promote the brand Oversee and mentor the marketing team toward department goals Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies Excellent communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Fulcrum Digital Inc
