Pay: $18-$20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM

About the Role

Join a growing credit union team where you'll be the face of the organization, helping members with everyday banking transactions while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and cashier's checks.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist members with questions and account inquiries.
• Educate members on credit union products and services that may benefit their financial needs.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Research and resolve member issues by partnering with internal departments.
• Support other branch locations as needed and participate in community events.

Qualifications

✅ 1-3 years of customer service experience (banking, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face environments preferred)

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond

✅ Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills

✅ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grandville, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
