Job Description Job Description Description: West Michigan Credit Union is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative in Grand Rapids. Our Member Service Representatives are responsible for assisting members with their lending needs.

High school diploma or GED required.
Assist members with the loan application process.
Prepare loan applications for underwriting and complete necessary documentation to fund or deny a request.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and make appropriate recommendations of products and services to meet the financial needs of members.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and accounts and related policies and procedures.
