Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

Reports To: Dean of Operations

Position Overview

BridgePrep Academy is seeking an After School Care Director to lead, organize, and manage daily after-school operations. Reporting to the Dean of Operations, you will supervise program staff, ensure student safety, facilitate enrichment activities, and manage family communications during dismissal.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Direct daily operations, build staff schedules, and train/support team members.

• Safety & Supervision: Enforce strict safety protocols, emergency procedures, and positive behavior management.

• Family Engagement: Lead daily student dismissal, serve as the primary contact for parents, and address family inquiries professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).

• Experience: 2+ years working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting; leadership experience preferred.

• Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

• Clearance & References: Ability to pass required background checks and provide professional references.
