Salesforce Business Solution Architect

Position Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Position Status: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)
Pay Rate : $70-85/hr. on W2 (depend on experience)
Experience: 10+ years (minimum)
Interview Process: 1st round via Teams, Final round onsite in NYC

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and governance of complex Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce platforms aligned with organizational goals. Your expertise will drive integration strategies, platform best practices, and ensure solutions meet compliance and performance standards. Top Requirements:

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 6+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise with Salesforce platform, especially Energy & Utility Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong experience with integration patterns, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), and enterprise data architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management processes
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to mentor teams and guide best practices in Salesforce architecture and development

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Developer) preferred
• Experience working in complex enterprise or utility industry environments
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization on the Salesforce platform
