Responsibilities Greeting patients with professionalism, warmth, and respect Registering and pre‑registering patients accurately in our system Collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and financial information Scheduling appointments and coordinating with referring providers Securing pre‑certifications and authorizations to support timely reimbursement Preparing necessary documentation and communicating financial responsibilities Interface with referring offices/departments Above all, you’ll be a calm, reassuring presence for patients navigating their care—helping them feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. Preferred Criteria Some college Energetic, approachable individual with a desire to put patients first Knowledge of health insurance benefits/requirements Knowledge of Coding: ICD 9, CPT‑4 Required Criteria High School Diploma or GED One year of clerical experience Effective communication, along with phone and computer skills Benefits Enjoy comprehensive and competitive benefits that support you and your family in every aspect of life.
