Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using a variety of evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for each client. Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring the application of effective techniques suited to individual needs. Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient privacy and care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient care, share insights, and enhance treatment outcomes through peer consultations. Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services. Patient Population / Client Focus You will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your tailored approach will aim to empower these individuals to navigate their mental health journeys effectively, offering them hope and the tools necessary for recovery. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. An active state license to practice as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential. Proven expertise in solution-focused interventions and personalized therapeutic approaches that address clients' unique needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to adapt to various client situations effectively. Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth technologies and remote counseling techniques. Familiarity with assessment and treatment planning specific to addiction recovery and co-occurring disorders. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
