POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass. Properly uses resinand putty. Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers Grinds out small imperfections Performs general housekeeping.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

Ability to work with a team Able to use drills and hand sander Able to follow instructions
