About The Role The Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business process, translating complex operational challenges into scalable technical requirements. The team relies on this position to bridge the gap between technical engineering and business units, ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and actionable reporting across revenue operations. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data pipelines, CRM workflows, and reporting dashboards Build and maintain advanced SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, and Salesforce reports to track revenue operations and business KPIs Audit data quality across core systems, identifying discrepancies and implementing automated validation checks Partner with go-to-market and finance teams to streamline forecasting models, territory planning, and commission structures Document operational workflows, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures for cross-functional tooling Drive user acceptance testing for new system deployments and process upgrades What We Are Looking For 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or data analytics within a technology environment Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo) Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical leadership Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Experience with Python, dbt, or building data models in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery #J-18808-Ljbffr
