Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Key Responsibilities:Define implement and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle SDLCActively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and testing strategy discussionsPerform API validation using Postman and Rest Assured to ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverageManage defects and enforce Quality Governance using Jira and PractiTestDesign develop and maintain a modern intelligent test automation framework utilizing Selenium WebdriverIO Playwright and programming languages such as Java and PythonIntegrate automated tests into CICD pipelines using Git and HarnessLeverage SQL for effective test data management and validationPromote best practices in quality engineeringApply AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverageRequired Qualifications:7 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 2-3 years in a senior roleStrong understanding of software QA fundamentals and the full SDLCProven expertise with test management tools PractiTest preferred and defect tracking JiraSolid experience in API testing with Postman and Rest AssuredProficiency in building scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebdriverIO Playwright Java and PythonExperience integrating tests into CICD pipelines Git GitLab HarnessWorking knowledge of SQL and data analyticsExcellent communication collaboration and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of AI applications in testingThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 100000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
