HowYou'llMake an Impact
- Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
- Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
- Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
- Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
- Ensure compliance with federal,stateand local hiring regulations,maintainingaccuraterecords and audit processes
- Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreacheffectivenessand communicate actionable insights to business leaders
- Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years ofhumanresources orrecruiting experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats

- Ability to work independently,supervise and motivate others
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritizetasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions collaborativelyandsolve problemsunder pressure
- Ability to analyze and interpret dataeffectively

- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to show judgment and initiative and toaccomplishjob duties
- Ability to use personal computer and software applicationssuch as word processingandspreadsheets
- Knowledge of broadband products and services
- Expert knowledge of recruitment trends,technologies,staffingand employment practices
- Working knowledge of market compensation trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization
