Desk deals, structure transactions, and support closing sales. Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Recruit and develop high‑performing sales teams. Sales Manager Qualifications Experience as an automotive sales manager or dealership sales manager. Proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Experience desking deals and closing sales. Ability to work in a high‑volume dealership environment. Sales Manager Skills Strong leadership and management skills in automotive sales operations, including team development, deal structuring, and performance management. Experience driving revenue growth and managing high‑volume dealership sales teams. Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory management, CRM systems, and customer satisfaction.
