Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes safety, and models proficiency through precepting new staff. Welcomes ongoing learning in a dynamic clinical environment and contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care using the nursing process Support and guide team members and new staff Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 6 months of RN experience Additional certifications: NIHSS (within 6 months), ACLS, PALS #J-18808-Ljbffr
