Director Of Sales & Marketing

Description The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading Richard's Kitchen Store's sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive profitable growth and strengthen the company's market presence. This executive leadership role oversees the inside and outside sales teams, marketing initiatives, customer experience, and key account development while fostering a high-performance, accountable culture. The Director works with Exec management to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, builds lasting relationships with commercial customers and industry partners, and uses data-driven performance metrics to improve revenue, profitability, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Working closely with executive management, this position plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term growth strategy while ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent brand representation. The ideal candidate is a proven sales and marketing leader with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing people, growing market share, and delivering measurable results.
