BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a 2028 start in a thriving, 100% outpatient primary care practice in O'Fallon, Missouri. This is a rare opportunity to join an established, high-demand clinic where you can step into an existing patient base and build a long-term, meaningful practice supported by a strong care team.
Position Highlights
- Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Only (No Inpatient Work)
- 2028 Start (Ideal for Residents & Fellows)
- Established patient panel + strong community demand
- Supported by 2 experienced APPs
- 36 patient-facing hours (Monday–Friday)
