Job Description

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join their growing team. This position will manage a high volume of inbound calls, identify customer needs, research issues, and provide timely solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

· Manage high-volume inbound customer calls while providing exceptional service

· Research customer questions and issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives

· Identify customer needs through active listening and effective communication

· Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting individual and team goals

· Use multiple computer systems and applications to research and document customer information

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred

· 1+ year of health insurance and/or life insurance customer care experience preferred

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong research, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Teams, Webex, SharePoint, or similar systems preferred

· Bilingual Spanish is a plus

The base pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the pay range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
