Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide in‑home healthcare services for veterans in Utah. This full‑time/part‑time/PRN position offers flexible scheduling so you can attend school, volunteer, travel, or spend time with family and friends. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to patients in their homes. Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members. Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment. Follow agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Qualifications Graduate of a state‑approved professional nursing school. Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Utah (or applicable state of practice). Current CPR certification and TB test. New graduates welcome; training provided.
