Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team by fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and achieve financial goals. Drive financial and operational results by executing business plans, managing inventory, cash handling, and analyzing reporting to identify opportunities for growth and cost control. Create a positive and productive work environment by building trust, recognizing achievements, encouraging open communication, engagement, and collaboration to support strong employee retention. Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Embrace continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of coffee‑bar operations, including cleanliness, organization, product quality, staffing, and compliance with all safety and labor laws. Utilize Peet’s tools to schedule, deploy, and manage staffing to meet productivity, speed, and service goals, creating seamless customer experiences during every visit. Demonstrate sound judgement, effective change management, problem‑solving, and de‑escalation skills in a fast‑paced work environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in the service or food industry, or equivalent. Maintain open availability, follow management scheduling guidelines, and work 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Ability to supervise and work with minors and comply with Peet’s Employment of Minors policies. Legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located. Must be at least 18 years old.
