We believe that a positive work setting enhances the quality of care we deliver, and we are committed to upholding this philosophy in all areas of our practice.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs.Implement effective and evidence-based physical therapy treatments, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and enhance mobility.Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on individual responses.Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment protocols, rehabilitative exercises, and the effective use of assistive devices to enhance patient independence.Mentor and support new graduates in their professional development, sharing best practices and offering guidance on effective therapy techniques.Stay current with industry trends and standards by participating in professional workshops and continuing education opportunities.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population encompassing children and adults across various diagnoses, including post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain.
