Lead our logistics team and coordinate operations to ensure seamless freight delivery across our network. Positions Available: 1 Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 + Commission Position Overview RJS Logistics is hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator at our Monroe, North Carolina location. This leadership role combines team management, carrier coordination, and analytical problem-solving in a dynamic logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Junior Logistics staff members, providing training, support, and guidance. Help develop their skills and ensure team success through effective leadership and mentorship. Work directly with carriers and freight partners to facilitate operations. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure shipping deadlines are met consistently and efficiently. Claims Management & Analysis Investigate discrepancies in inbound and outbound claims and handle chargeback disputes. Identify patterns and trends in datasets to improve operations and prevent future issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate shipment results to relevant team members. Work with internal teams and management to establish business needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency.
