• Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessments
• Maintain engagement with leads, continually nurturing their interest and guiding them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on the meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

What you need for success:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
