Job Description
Provide care and assistance to residents in assisted living facility by performing the following duties. Primarily responsible for providing personal care and assisted services according to the written and verbal direction and supervision of the manager and/or professional nursing staff. The QMA is responsible for administering and documenting medication under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must meet Health Care Worker background check under the requirements of the Health Care Worker Background Check Act.
- Current QMA License.
