What You'll Do

• Manage inpatient consults and outpatient clinics with adult patients
• Read EKGs and echocardiograms
• Supervise stress testing procedures
• Provide care for patients with CAD, hypertension, and heart failure
• Support hospital rounding and telephonic call coverage as needed
• Collaborate with support staff including APPs, RNs, and medical assistants
• Document patient interactions and test results accurately in EPIC EMR

What You Need

• Valid Illinois medical license with cardiology certification
• At least 2 years of cardiology experience, including inpatient and outpatient care
• Ability to read EKGs and echocardiograms proficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to cover call and support a busy cardiology department
