Lead Human Services Worker — Bilingual, Transitional Housing

Community Partners in Action

Community Partners in Action (CPA) seeks a Lead Human Services Worker for the Hartford Transitional House in Hartford, CT. This 2nd shift role (Thu-Mon, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM) handles supervision and program operations to support residents in a structured, safe environment. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED plus 3 years in human services and at least 1 year of supervision.
