High School Paraeducator Needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or instructional assistant is highly valued
Ability to collaborate with teachers and adapt to diverse classroom needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a caring demeanor when working with students
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in education is a plus
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and promoting student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under the guidance of a classroom teacher
Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
Help with classroom organization, materials preparation, and supervision during activities or transitions
Participate in team meetings or training sessions as requested
