Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Spread softgels evenly onto trays for drying
• Load and organize trays into drying tunnels
• Supply tray paper, empty trays, and materials to machine operators
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic equipment support
• Monitor production and report quality issues or equipment irregularities
• Maintain supplies such as mineral oil and cleaning materials
• Clean equipment, tools, and production areas
• Support operators with temperature checks and quality inspections
• Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and safety procedures
• Assist in training new employees as needed
