We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that successful recruiting goes beyond posting jobs and waiting for applicants. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in developing talent pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, managing recruitment metrics, and partnering closely with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate in a fully remote work environment while managing a high-volume requisition load of approximately 45–50 open positions .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining exceptional candidate quality and experience.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications against position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless interview process.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
• Extend employment offers and assist with offer negotiations as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, applicant tracking records, and recruitment metrics.
• Track recruiting activity and provide reporting on pipeline health, hiring progress, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous recruiting experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage 45–50 active requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruiting technologies.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and collaboration.
