This is a full-time, in-office position supporting both primary care and specialty medical providers.ResponsibilitiesManage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processesMaintain provider enrollment with commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and MedicaidTrack credentialing expirations and renewalsEnsure compliance with payer and regulatory requirementsCommunicate with insurance carriers and providers regarding credentialing statusMaintain accurate provider records and documentationAssist with onboarding new providersQualificationsPrevious experience with medical provider credentialing requiredExperience working in a multi-specialty medical office preferredKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up tasksProficient in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft OfficePosition DetailsFull-TimeMonday–FridayIn-Office Only (Not Remote)Full benefitsRequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with physiciansMaintain high levels of organization while being detail orientedCapable of meeting time-sensitive deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectivelyCapable of working independentlyExperience:Medical Credentialing: 2 years (Preferred)Provider Enrollment: 2 years (Preferred)Payer experience (Required)Experience in a multi-specialty setting (Preferred)Education:High school Diploma or equivalent (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
