Aerospace Engineer

Position Experienced aerospace engineer Responsibilities Support research and development at the Engineering Test Center Engage in conceptual design, prototyping, and testing phases for Army, Air Force, and Navy programs Work on projects spanning hypersonic ground test, propulsion, flight hardware, and related work Basic Qualifications U.S. Citizen eligible for a Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering (or similar STEM discipline) At least 5 years of relevant experience Relevant coursework in fluid mechanics, compressible flow, propulsion, and aerodynamics Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or similar STEM discipline) Familiarity with AS9100 processes Experience developing prototype hardware Experience with CNC machinery, instrumentation, testing, and fabrication tools/processes Location Onsite in Hollywood, AL.
