We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to represent our eyewear portfolio across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with customers face to face, and growing a territory through trust, consistency, and smart selling.

Your Impact

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll:

• Take ownership of your NYC territory and grow it strategically
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new ones
• Help practices make confident, profitable eyewear decisions
• Represent our brands with professionalism, product knowledge, and care

What You'll Do Day to Day

• Manage and grow an established NYC territory with room for expansion
• Plan and execute in-person sales visits and follow-ups
• Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business
• Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals
• Present eyewear thoughtfully and confidently
• Stay organized using CRM and sales tools
• Navigate daily city travel and a full appointment schedule

What We're Looking For

• A strong interest in eyewear, fashion, or related industries
• Confidence building relationships and having consultative sales conversations
• Solid organization, communication, and follow-through
• Comfort working independently in a field-based role
• Physical ability to manage sample bags and daily travel throughout NYC

Optical experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Schedule & Travel
