Conduct comprehensive evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized tests and observational methodology.

Design customized treatment strategies targeting both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, and swallowing objectives.

Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Partner closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to establish integrated care plans.

Educate patients and their families about strategies for supportive practice outside of therapy sessions.

Occasionally support inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the care continuum.

Document treatments meticulously in compliance with all state, federal, and institutional guidelines.

Engage in continued professional development by keeping abreast of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for candidates who are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices applicable across age groups, with a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities that foster rapport with patients and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Adeptness in tailoring therapy approaches to cater to varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Possess strong clinical acumen and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and production of accurate documentation.
