The Role

As Head of Enterprise Planning, you will own the strategy, systems, and execution of planning across the business. This is a “leader of leaders” role overseeing a global team, while remaining deeply engaged in the technical and architectural direction of planning solutions.

You’ll operate across business and technology, bridging supply chain, manufacturing, and digital teams to ensure planning is accurate, scalable, and aligned with both operational realities and long-term growth.

This is a transformation-first role, not just maintaining operations, but redefining how planning works end-to-end.

• Master data integrity across planning systems

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Significant experience leading enterprise planning in a complex, global supply chain environment
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through execution
• Deep expertise across demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing integration
• Strong technical fluency across planning systems, data, and architecture
• Experience implementing modern planning platforms and integrated enterprise solutions
• Demonstrated success in:
• Legacy-to-modern system transformations
• Data-driven planning and decision-making
• Scaling planning capabilities to support growth
• Experience in manufacturing or demand-driven industries with complex supply-demand dynamics
• Track record of leading leaders and developing high-performing global teams
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, technology, and business leadership
