Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center with 41 operating rooms.
• Assist in various surgical procedures including general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastics.
• Float to different start times and occasional night shifts as required by the facility.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols during all surgical procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations for approximately three shifts per 8-week schedule period.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory, radiology, social services, and more.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state and AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience, including Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience.
• EPIC charting system experience is essential.
• Ability to handle a variety of cases including trauma, neurological, and gynecological surgeries.
• No first-time travelers, prior travel nursing experience required.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and float within like units as per facility needs.
