Field Project Manager

Responsible for coordinating various projects, the full-time Sr. Assistant Project Manager - Field will manage small tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building repairs while providing support to Project Managers or Directors in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications associated with projects Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, and preparing schedules for project completion Participate in building evaluations and assist in the selection and contracting of consultants and contractors Required qualifications A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management is preferred
