An established law firm in New York City seeks an Attorney with 5+ years of experience in trust and estate planning & administration. This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated trust and estate matters while collaborating with a highly experienced team. Assist in the preparation of wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents Advise clients on estate and tax planning strategies Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters Prepare and file court documents for probate and estate administration Handle trust and estate litigation, including contested probate matters Conduct legal research and analysis on complex trust and estate issues Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop tailored estate plans Manage client relationships and work independently while also working as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
