We are currently seeking passionate, collaborative Full-Time and Part-Time Board Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) andCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in the Bethlehem, Allentown, Fleetwood, Reading, Harrisburg, Williamsport, Lock Haven, Stroudsburg, and Scranton regions in PA.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
• Ability to maintain BCBA certification, LBS licensure, CAQH profile, and credentialing with insurance providers.
• Previous experience working in a clinic, home, or school-based ABA setting preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical, home, or school-based experience providing direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, training caregivers, and supervising clinical staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning curricula and the application of evidence-based behavioral principles to develop functional, socially significant skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
