Warehouse Assistant Manager Full Time Rolling Meadows, IL, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1008 Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually What You’ll Do Warehouse Operations Support daily inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities for engine parts. Perform hands-on warehouse work and support daily floor operations. Operate forklifts, includingsit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker equipment. UsePDA scanners and SAP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process warehouse transactions. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy. Support order fulfillment and help meet delivery and service-level expectations. Office & Coordination Participate in internal and customer meetings and follow up on customer requests. Coordinate with warehouse management, headquarters, and internal teams. Support basic inventory, order status, and operational reporting. Maintain accurate records and follow established processes. Safety & Compliance Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company compliance requirements. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience. Hands-on warehouse experiencerequired. Experience usingPDA scanners. Experience withSAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Willingness and ability to perform physical warehouse work.
