divh2Lead Dispensing Nurse for MAT Clinic LPN/h2pBAART Program is looking for an effective Nurse Leader that has a distinct set of personal qualities: integrity, empathy, dedication to excellence, and an ability to handle stress. The lead nurse works in partnership with the Nurse Supervisor, Program/Medical Director, to ensure the delivery of adequate and qualitative level of nursing coverage for all program and dispensing and medical operations./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities:/h3ulliEnsure that Physicians medication orders are enacted meeting time expectations, includes delivery to outside facilities/liliResponsible for Medical Services to be in compliance with Federal and state regulations/liliDelegates tasks to certified nursing assistants, medication technicians, or an unlicensed person who is competent to perform those tasks./liliCommunicates and collaborates with the Nursing Supervisor regarding potential issues./liliSchedule / Participate in Treatment Teams, Panel Review, Department Head and General Staff meetings/liliNursing team management - time clock edits as necessary, develop and manage schedules, conduct performance improvement activities, and prepare monthly reports/liliReview and Resolve client clinical complaints; intervene in crisis situations/liliPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliLicensed in Colorado as Licensed Practical Nurse with 3-5 years experience./liliPrior experience in substance abuse, mental health treatment, or addiction medicine preferred/liliAccuracy of record keeping with understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State CARF standards regulations/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community./liliFundamental knowledge of professional nursing principles, techniques, basic addiction medicine science, and of community health and welfare resources/liliAbility to carry out written and oral instructions; to exercise judgment in the application of nursing care; to accept and use supervision; to work cooperatively with people; to maintain an objective attitude; to exercise tact and initiative; to stimulate patients and families to constructive actions; to grasp and apply the basic principles of administration and operation of a health program and to communicate effectively./liliComputer proficiency with EMR, Microsoft Suite./liliSatisfactory drug screen and criminal background check./li/ulpSalary Range:/ppGenerally starting at $28.00 an hour./ppThe salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training./ppBayMark offers excellent benefits:/pulli401K match/liliMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance/liliAccident Injury, Hospital Indemnity and Critical Illness Plans/liliCompany paid Short Long Term Disability/liliCompany paid Basic Life Insurance/liliPaid Time Off/liliBereavement Leave/liliFlexible Sick Time/liliEmployee Referral Program/li/ulpTotal compensation goes beyond the value on the paycheck.
