Essential Functions:

• Oversee the entire IT landscape, including database systems, servers, networks, software, hardware, and our ERP system.
• Take charge of computer and telecommunications systems security and backup protocols.
• Foster a strong relationship with our managed service provider to ensure a stable and secure IT environment.
• Collaborate with the managed service provider to consistently meet SLAs.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, process enhancements, and smooth transitions from test to production environments.
• Keep end-users informed, providing updates on project status, issue resolutions, and upcoming changes or outages.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and monitor IT asset inventory.
• Develop and document SOPs and internal processes.
• Provide end-user support and training across all company systems, applications, and processes.
• Assess end-users' needs and support the creation of standard, custom, or ad-hoc reports using SQL and Crystal reports.
• Ensure data accuracy by auditing and reconciling data-related discrepancies.
• Build, test, implement, and maintain integrations between business applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Enhance automation by scripting reports and processes.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, or ERP system problems.
• Manage security awareness training and testing for users.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of computer operating system software, as well as data backups and recoveries.
• Provide strategic direction to the organization regarding data utilization and accessibility.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or computer science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management.
• Proficient knowledge of MS-related technologies (Server, Exchange, SQL, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient knowledge of SQL databases, ability to author SQL statements, and proficiency in Crystal reports.
• Familiarity with MS networks, including Server 2012 – 2019, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and an independent worker.
