North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Benefits Associate to own the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs for employees in the US and Canada. You will partner with HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollment and data integrity. You’ll work with a small, collaborative Total Rewards team, gaining visibility with senior leadership and making an immediate impact on our benefits programs.
