In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: Onsite; Saint Louis, MO #Li-Onsite #Li-Hybrid

Your role and responsibilities:

• Design and execute promotional strategies aligned with sales objectives, planning and delivering promotional activities with compelling technical content tailored to target audiences.

• Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team, fostering proactive collaboration and maintaining high levels of technical expertise.

• Ensure timely execution of all promotional initiatives while upholding quality standards and technical accuracy across communications and deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement in promotional effectiveness and team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and performance management.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Field Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred).

• At least 7 years of prior field application or field services industry experience required (prior Electrical experience highly preferred).

• Must have technical knowledge of circuit breakers, switch gears, and other similar electrical ABB products.

• Strong technical skillset as well as excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under minimal supervision within a shifting and collaborative work environment (works closely with Sales and within Engineering team).

• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
