Histology Technician II - Tissue Prep & Slide Expert

WakeMed is seeking a Histology Technician II to assist pathologists in preparing tissue specimens for diagnostic evaluation. The role includes documenting specimen accession, gross description, processing tissue blocks, and creating slides for microscopic review. Additional duties include preparing specimens for consultations, maintaining equipment quality control, and training staff in histology techniques.
