Community Bridges, Inc. Crisis Mobile Specialist Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community. The role triages crisis situations, recommends appropriate interventions, and assists in transitioning individuals in crisis to the most suitable level of care. Positions are on‑call and required to respond to crises 24 hours a day. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field required. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
