Verify finished ophthalmic products upon arrival from partnering labs for accuracy and quality. Provide thorough product knowledge and conduct trainings for store staff on optical processes and techniques. Consult with customers on lens options, style, and fit to drive sales and client satisfaction. Support the sales floor, help build a base of optical clients, and represent the brand in-store. Requirements Licensed Optician in the state of California. 2+ years of optical experience working with ophthalmic measurements and lens products. Ability to communicate technical optical terms clearly and provide excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
