Job Title: Customer Service - Estimator Advisor Company: Mason Pro Services Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly + commission Job Type: Full-time Position Summary Mason Pro Services is a family-owned, family-oriented company looking for a customer focused Customer Advisor to join our team. Your job is to listen, understand the customer's needs, and help them access services that will genuinely benefit them. We do not believe in selling people things they do not need. Key Responsibilities Outbound Follow-ups: Focus heavily on outbound follow-ups by calling existing customers to review technician-recommended estimates. Customer Education: Share relevant specials, promotional opportunities, and service options thoroughly. Membership Management: Explain company membership benefits and determine whether they fit the customer's specific needs. Relationship Building: Answer questions, build trust, and help customers make informed decisions. Scheduling & Documentation: Book appointments and maintain highly accurate customer notes in our system. Pipeline Management: Follow through diligently on callbacks and open service opportunities. Performance Goals: Work toward meeting performance goals while strictly protecting the integrity of the customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Customer-First Mindset: A helpful, honest, and customer-first approach to customer interactions. Comfort with Outbound Calls: Completely comfortable making phone calls and directly asking for the customer's business. Experience: Previous follow-up experience is preferred but not required. Professional Attributes: Organized, dependable, and highly open to professional coaching. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using standard phone systems and customer management software.
